O'Hehirs is a family run business which started in 1984 in one Sligo location and continues today in 19 locations. Every O’Hehirs bread roll, pastry or sandwich ingredient is produced in the Sligo bakery and kitchen and delivered to all locations bearing the O’Hehir name.

Exhibit worked closely with the O'Hehir's team to bring a refreshed and contemporary fit out to one of their Mullingar locations.
