CATEX is Ireland's largest hospitality event, bringing more than 200 exhibitors and 11,000 visitors together for a three-day celebration of Irish foodservice.

Peking are a new experience in traditional Chinese cuisine in Ireland. Their mission is to offer authentic and healthy food, using locally sourced ingredients and an expert knowledge of fine Chinese cuisine. Now with more than 25 locations nationwide, the Peking experience is rapidly becoming an Irish favourite.

Exhibit helped bring the Peking kitchen to life in an impressive stand at Catex 2017. Visitors got first-hand experience of Peking’s expertise in preparing and cooking delicious, authentic Chinese cuisine.
